Drag and drop and other features from previous versions have not been reimplemented in the new design yet. If you depend on these features, please continue to use v1.4.2 (download Universal Binary of previous 1.4.2 version) until they are back (by v2.0).

Version 1.9 - June 16, 2006
3D-Space VFS has now had 3 major rewrites. The full potential of the new design will be realized with v2.0, but v1.9 already brings:
- "Flying" to any file or folder anywhere in the computer.
- Opening multiple folders simultaneously.
- Seeing inside nested folders.
- Greatly expanded use of 3D.
- Many performance improvements.
- Universal Binary.

- Dragging while holding option (to make a copy) or control (to make an alias) now works every time.

- 3D space storage can now be disabled to emulate traditional Dock/launcher behavior.
- Switching 3D spaces no longer closes drawer.
- The "Refresh & Clean Up" menu item ensures all items in a 3D space are visible.
- Moving a drawer to another screen edge is now animated, for improved visual feedback.
